Social Justice possible with PRP : Pawan Kalyan

Chiranjeevi adjusting with low security

Chiranjeevi has to adjust with whatever security the government provides him for his ongoing tours. The director-general of police, Mr S.S.P. Yadav, said that the government will provide security based on threat perception.” “There will be enough security to cover him wherever he goes,” Mr Yadav said

He evaded a direct reply when asked whether the Praja Rajyam or Chiranjeevi had requested for additional security.
Speaking on the Police Commemoration Day on October 21, Mr Yadav said security will be provided to people according to requirements and not according to request. Replying to questions on the terror suspects caught by the Mumbai police, the DGP said that one Naveed was picked up by the Mumbai police for questioning.

“He has been already released. The investigation will begin only when the suspects are handed over to the AP police,” Mr Yadav said. “The legal process has begun to bring them to Hyderabad.” Mr Yadav said that the government took care of families of those police personnel who were killed by terrorists. He said the families would be provided a house, free education apart from other schemes.

HYDERABAD: With his vocal chords getting a much-needed rest as he is ‘cooling off’ from the heat of the North Coastal Andhra tour, Praja Rajyam president Chiranjeevi is getting ready for a tour of Telangana.

His campaign managers are chalking out options for him to tour Nalgonda, Khammam and Warangal, in that order. Initially, he appeared keen on taking nine to ten days each, to cover three districts each in Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana districts, on his ‘Praja Ankitha Yatra’.

However, after Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts left him exposed to the heat and dust and affected his voice, the party Core Committee did not wish to take any chances. Instead, it is toying with different options.

Chiranjeevi may start phase II of his yatra on October 24. While it is almost a certainty that he will tour Nalgonda next, the party managers are looking at alternatives.

There is plan ‘A’ of covering Nalgonda, Khammam and Warangal, in a whirlwind manner, taking six days in all. The plan ‘B’envisages two days for each district and back to Hyderabad for a break.

Pavan hoists flag

It may be recalled that Mr. Pavan Kalyan spent two days covering 14 Assembly constituencies in and around the State capital and hoisted the party’s flag in all those places.

Chiranjeevi disturbed with internal clashes in PRP

Chiranjeevi had to abruptly cancel his tour due to sore throat from Visakapatanam titled Praja Ankita Yatra. He would resume his tour, this time from Telangana, after Diwali.
According to film nagar sources, he is unlikely to start his second phase of Yatra for another three to four weeks

Though the reason is attributed to doctors' advice to take rest, but some sources say that Chiru is a bit disturbed with the internal clashes between fans and leaders.

Chiru stated to his colleagues that he would first focus on constituting the party executives at all levels, before going into public, because there was no point in being the president of the party, which has no organization, he thought that if there was an organization structure then it would be easier to delegate duties to the party cadres during his tour.

Chiru is interacting with fans association before anything. P R P has been officially recognized by E C. Now party must streamline all activities and keep aside controversial and greedy people and try to serve public.

Nagababu and Pawan Kalyan not to contest elections

Praja Rajyam president Chiranjeevi’s brother Nagababu made it clear that he along with his brother Pavan Kalyan would not contest the ensuing polls in the state.
He arrived here to take part in a party meeting on Saturday. Later, speaking to newsmen, he said that groupism in the party would no longer be tolerated and those who encourage it would be dealt with severely

Referring to the entry of leaders into Praja Rajyam from several other political parties, Mr Nagababu said that they were joining the party as they were interested in the party goals and objectives and added that in a democratic setup everyone has a right to join any party of his or her choice. However, he made it clear that only those who comply with the party norms would be given the responsibility and said that Chiranjeevi’s fans would also be given prominence. He expressed confident that the Praja Rajyam would win nearly 200 seats with 20,000 majority each in the ensuing polls for the Legislative Assembly.

Mr Nagababu said that all districts, including West Godavari, which is the home turf of Chiranjeevi, would be given equal prominence. With regard to party’s stand on Kolleru issue, he felt the need to conserve and protect the lake from environmental point of view. He said that the party high command would decide on possible alliances with other parties for the polls
