Two fans of politician Chiranjeevi died and 14 others were injured in stampedes that occurred during his maiden statewide tour. On Saturday one V. Simhachalam, collapsed after being caught in a jostling crowd which was trying to get close to Chiranjeevi in Sompeta. He died on the way to the hospital. Nine persons were injured in the incident.Sheik Madina, 28, who was severely injured in a stampede that took place on Thursday during Chiranjeevi’s visit to the temple town of Arasavilli, died at a hospital on Saturday. Chiranjeevi has assured help to her family.
